Student Print Rental Program

Rent an original print from the Harvard Art Museums!
 
All events listed below will take place in the Art Study Center (Level 4) at the Harvard Art Museums. An HUID is required to rent a print and you will sign a print rental contract. The rental fee is $30 for the academic year. Please bring a phone, tablet, or camera to take a picture of your rental contract. If you do not have a device, we will make alternate arrangements.
 
Print Preview:
Tuesday, September 3
10am–4pm
Drop by the Art Study Center to view available prints ahead of the print rental days.
 
Print Rental Day Lottery:
Wednesday, September 4
From now through August 28, register your name here to win a slot on the very popular first day of print rentals. Names will be selected at random until space is full. Lottery winners will be notified by email on August 30.
 
Open Print Rental Day:
Thursday, September 5, 10:30am–4pm
If your name is not selected in the lottery for the first rental day, you will still have an opportunity to rent on a first-come, first-served basis during this open print rental day.
 
Last Chance for Rentals!
Harvard Student Late Night:
Wednesday, September 11, 8–10pm
Prints available for Harvard students to rent will be on view in the Art Study Center during the Harvard Student Late Night event, which will feature music, refreshments, open galleries, student tours, and more. Pick your favorites and enter a drawing for a chance to rent one of the remaining prints. Those whose names have been selected will be notified on September 16.
 
Note that only students living in Harvard University Housing rental properties, Harvard College Houses, or freshman dorms are eligible to participate. Please review the FAQs.
