North Charleston hopes to spark development with services hub

The 175,000 square foot, three-story health care and office facility will consolidate local and state operations into one location, North Charleston Councilman Teddie E. Tri-County Tech opens 4 new certificate programs

The Tri-County Technical College Commission approved four new certificate programs today to help workers build the skills needed for in-demand careers in the information technology industry, as well as the early child care and education fields.

S.C. schools to receive $84.3 million in relief funding

The S.C. Department of Education will begin allocating the funds provided by the General Assembly through federal pandemic relief this week. The funding can be used for purposes including safety measures and additional hiring.
