| Greystar opens new corporate headquarters Greystar Real Estate Partners LLC has opened its new corporate headquarters in downtown Charleston in Evening Post Industries’ Courier Square redevelopment. The 82,000-square-foot mixed-use building includes 70,000 square feet of office and 12,000 square feet of retail space. Airsys Cooling Technologies investing $5M in Greer Airsys Cooling Technologies Inc., a global information, communication and technology cooling solution provider, is investing $5 million to establish operations in Spartanburg County and create 116 jobs, according to the S.C.
