Citadel to create SC’s first CyberCorps scholarship program

The Citadel will create the first CyberCorps Scholarship for Service program using a $2.8 million grant from the National Science Foundation. Scholarships will be given to undergraduate students in cybersecurity-related majors, and upon graduation, recipients must seek cyber jobs with government entities.

BMW sets new production record for Plant Spartanburg 

During its 25th year of production, BMW Manufacturing set a new record, assembling 411,620 X models in 2019, beating the previous record set in 2016 by 449 vehicles. BMW North America says the record year means Plant Spartanburg remains the largest BMW plant by volume anywhere in the world.
