New Richland business owners can apply for licenses online

First-time applicants for Richland County business licenses can now apply for those licenses online. Previously, initial applications had to be made in person, but county offices remain closed because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The leadership development program’s 2021 class project will create a community center at Columbia-based Midlands Fatherhood Coalition, which provides education, coaching and other services to fathers in 16 counties.
