Citadel seeks minority contractors for Capers Hall work

As part of the $68 million Capers Hall Reconstruction Project, The Citadel hopes to award at least 10% of the work to minority contractors. The new building will be 40% bigger and will align with The Citadel’s Moorish design. The Capers Hall Replacement Project, approved by the city in 2020, is anticipated to be completed in 2023.

Boeing commits to aircraft flying on 100% sustainable fuel

The aerospace company plans to develop commercial airplanes that fly on 100% sustainable fuel in the next eight years. The goal accelerates the Sustainable Fuel Act’s vision to reduce aviation emissions by 50% before 2050. Boeing had been creating a jet to replace petroleum with sustainable fuels.

S.C. recruits $4 billion in capital investment in 2020
