| Greenville Chamber CEO to serve on national committee The U.S. Chamber of Commerce has selected Carlos Phillips, president and CEO of the Greenville Chamber, to serve on its National Initiative on Inequality of Opportunity initiative. The steering committee will discuss equality in education, employment and criminal justice reform for minorities. Area colleges set reopening timetables Midlands Technical College is preparing for students’ return to its campuses in August, while ECPI’s Columbia campus is already resuming some in-person classes.
