Ground broken on Midlands Midway Logistics VI The 192,780-square-foot spec building is Magnus Development Partners’ sixth property in the Lexington County Industrial Park. Construction is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2021. The facility will include energy-efficient LED lighting, 31 dock doors and trailer parking. |
