* ‘Schools to receive new Covid contact tracing guidance this week’. Updated guidance for dealing with Covid cases in Northern Ireland’s schools should be issued this week, a Stormont committee has been told.
* Major vaccination drive for NI students announced. A major drive to vaccinate students in Northern Ireland against Covid-19 has been announced.
* Covid-19 vaccine jabs now available at Balmoral Show 2021. The show will run from September 22 to 25 – a Wednesday through to Saturday. * Shock at DUP MP’s ‘insurance for social care’ suggestion. The DUP has not yet commented on whether the party is proposing private insurance policies to cover the cost of social care in old age.
* Watching Northern Ireland in World Cup qualifier costs more than double the price of Scotland ticket. The minimum ticket price for tonight’s World Cup Qualifier between Northern Ireland and Switzerland is more than twice that of the maximum price to watch Scotland in the same campaign.
