1. OUSTED C.E.O. DEBORAH DUGAN FILES SEXUAL HARASSMENT SUIT AGAINST RECORDING ACADEMY: Former Recording Academy president and C.E.O. Deborah Dugan on Tuesday filed an explosive sexual harassment and discrimination complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission against the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences. The move comes after Dugan was placed on administrative leave last week following allegations of workplace bullying. In the suit, she alleges that the Academy's board manipulates the Grammy nomination process. The Hollywood Reporter: “In an EEOC complaint filed Tuesday, Dugan alleges that on December 22 she told HR she had been sexually harassed by music lawyer Joel Katz, who is the Academy's general counsel and a former board member. ...The email also complained of ‘egregious conflicts of interest, improper self-dealing by board members, and voting irregularities with respect to nominations for Grammy Awards,’ according to the complaint."

2. BOEING 737 RETURN FURTHER DELAYED: The return of the Boeing 737 has been postponed yet again. The company said Tuesday it did not expect regulators to approve the jet to fly again until mid 2020. American Airlines, United, and Southwest already had taken Max flights off their schedules until June, and if the new timeline goes into effect, it would further delay when the plane will fly commercially. The New York Times: “Boeing and the Federal Aviation Administration have continued to find new flaws with the Max that go beyond an automated software system known as MCAS. The software contributed to two accidents, in late 2018 and early 2019, that killed 346 people and led to the worldwide grounding of the Max in March."

3. SUPER BOWL TICKET PRICES HAVE GONE INTO THE STRATOSPHERE: Due to the Kansas City Chiefs’ very long hiatus from the biggest game in football, the return of the team is prompting ticket prices to soar. Super Bowl LIV will take place February 2 at Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium. Fortune: “Secondary market prices for Super Bowl LIV surged 14 percent once the Chiefs and 49ers were locked in to compete for the 2019-2020 N.F.L. championship, according to TicketIQ. As of Tuesday morning, the cheapest ticket on the site was $4,546 for an end zone nosebleed seat. As with any big game, there are some ticket prices that are jaw dropping. A single ticket for a corner suite at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami is going for $439,007 on TicketIQ.”
