Friends & Family Day scores a touchdown with local youth

The inaugural Sherrod Baltimore Friends & Family Day football camp took place on Sunday, May 8th under only sunny skies to a full crowd of over 200 youths, aged 6 to 18 years-old. Supported by over 20 coaches and players, Sherrod continued his mission of giving back to the children & youth in the community that he now calls home.

The camp was flawlessly executed and received the stamp of approval from REDBLACK General Manager, Shawn Burke: Sherrod, thanks for making a difference in our city. To every REDBLACKS player, former REDBLACKS player or CFL player who took part, thanks for making this day so special.

Every $50 donation will provide financial support for youth in our community so they can register for one day of summer camp - an experience Sherrod remembers to this day and that every child deserves.
