Pressure is mounting on the First Minister.

Nicola Sturgeon has been urged to publicly condemn the abuse and threats received by SNP MP Joanna Cherry and tackle the “distressing, hostile, and unjust environment” some female members claim to have experienced in her party.

UK Government bids to 'invest in Scots better than SNP'

Chancellor Rishi Sunak aims to demonstrate that the Treasury can invest better in Scotland than the SNP-run administration at Holyrood by cutting it out of a £4.8 billion "level up" fund to be distributed across the UK.

Chief Secretary to the Treasury Steve Barclay unveiled the funding yesterday that will see Scotland, along with Wales and Northern Ireland, benefit from at least £800 million each for areas such as high street regeneration, local transport, cultural and heritage projects.

But the move provoked a furious response north of the border last night, where it was described as a "naked power grab".

The 19th century building, built in 1880, sits on Inverie Bay and Loch Nevis and is a traditional white washed single storey cottage set under a slate roof.

Take a peek through the keyhole of this hidden gem.
