Zero To HeroΒ (Hong Kong)Β β Dec 9, 3pm UK time Zero To Hero tells the true story of Hong Kong athlete So Wa Wai, born with cerebral palsy, who won the first Paralympic gold medal for Hong Kong in 1996 and went on to win several other medals. It was produced by Sandra Ng, who also plays Soβs mother in the film, while two actors β Leung Chung Hang and Fung Ho Yeung β play So at different stages of his life. After receiving its world premiere at Udineβs Far East Film Festival, the film generated an impressive box office of $3.55m (HK$27.6m) in Hong Kong, making it the highest-grossing local production of the year.
