The brother of Saints defensive end Carl Granderson — an up-and-coming rapper who went by the name ShootergangVJ, — was shot and killed 10 days ago in Texas. In last week’s game against Chicago, Granderson was credited with five tackles, a tackle for loss and a quarterback hurry, just four days after his brother’s death. Granderson has been arguably the Saints’ top defensive player this season. Now he's playing with a heavy heart. |
