Survey finds state nonprofits face uncertain future 

A statewide survey found 29% of respondents said they might not last the year without additional funding. The survey was distributed to 2,954 charitable organizations and received 566 responses, with 19% from Richland County.

S.C. home sales soar despite all-time low inventory

Despite a 36% decrease in available homes, the state’s real estate market continues to set records, with sales up 19% over this time last year. A record 2,298 homes closed in October, according to data from S.C. Realtors.
