When the infamous boyband from Manchester, Take That, entered the charts in 1989, it was the beginning of quite a long journey. The first leg ended in the mid-90's with the band breaking up, but after a decade of silence the band reunited as a quartet in 2005, and since then, they have actually been releasing new music fairly regularly. Which naturally leads to the question: "How many popstars does it take to turn a golden knob...?" No, just kidding, the latest development for the band is releasing in the immersive Dolby Atmos Music format, and they gathered in a MOM-powered studio to hear the latest release for the very first time in immersive sound. Apparently, they also got a proper introduction to MOM. We guess that they wanted to cross-listen between the stereo and immersive versions. |
