The Seattle Slack Key Festival is Less Than 2 Weeks Away!

Two great days of music, food, and workshops await at the 2023 Seattle Slack Key Festival! Here's what's happening:

Slack Key Festival Concert on Sunday, November 12, from 12pm - 6pm at Town Hall Seattle. Grab your tickets while they last! General Admission $55, VIP tickets ($150) include admission to Meet the Artists Reception on Saturday night.

VIP Meet the Artists Reception on Saturday, November 11, from 6pm - 9pm at Kona Kitchen. Includes heavy pupus, entertainment, and meeting the artists. Included with purchase of VIP festival ticket.

Slack Key & Ukulele Workshopon November 11, from 11am - 1pm at Dusty Strings Music School. Workshop will be taught by Hawaiian slack key masters Sonny Lim, Kamuela Kimokeo, and Jeff Peterson.

The Seattle Slack Key Festival is supported by the Naʻalehu Theatre, a nonprofit dedicated to touching keiki's lives through music education.

Just one experience with music changes a child’s life forever. The Na‘alehu Theatre, non-profit is moving forward with our in school music programs after the COVID shutdowns. our 2024 in-school classes mentoring a new generation of Hawaiian musicians by providing free music instruction, mentorship and instruments to elementary school students who otherwise have no access to lessons.
