The SEC and FINRA are raising red flags on AI uses and emerging investments like ETFs in recent weeks.

Terms like "AI washing" and "deep fakes" have resurfaced, as well as concerns about data leaks in commonly used AI tools like large language models (such as ChatGPT) and AI dictation services used during virtual meetings.
