Security alert: bomb squad called over nothing
Employees at a government building in downtown Atlanta received the scare of their lives when they heard mysterious beeping coming from a trash can outside. Fearing the worst, the building was evacuated and the bomb squad was called in to detonate and remove the threat. But after a few minutes of anxiety and terror, one woman came forward to reveal herself as the culprit. She confessed she had received a pair of shoes from an online order that morning and they came with a security tag attached. Eager to don her new kicks, she cut the tag off and threw it away. Sure enough, when the bomb squad inspected the bin, the tag was beeping for all to hear. Talk about an explosive deal!
Surprisingly, bomb dogs couldnât find the tag. Maybe they should have brought in these dogs instead.
