Reentry Grants The Department has awarded 26 grants totaling more than $90 million to help justice-involved youth and adults in gaining meaningful employment. Secretary Scalia announced the grants in Boston this week, where he met with reentry leaders and participants to discuss how their programs strengthen individuals, families and communities. |
Community Colleges and Job Skills The Department of Labor announced the availability of $40 million in funding through the Strengthening Community Colleges Training Grants program to help workers learn in-demand job skills in healthcare, logistics, cybersecurity and other industries. |
