In Germany this week for the Group of Seven Labor and Employment Ministers meeting, Secretary of Labor Marty Walsh met with G-7 Labor Ministers to identify shared priorities to create good jobs, increase skills training for underserved communities, ensure safe workplaces, and prepare and protect workers amidst climate change. He also highlighted the Biden-Harris administrations efforts to raise labor standards in the global economy by enforcing trade commitments and prohibiting imports made with forced labor and child labor.
