One day, a lady in the store was stocking up on raised, glazed donut mixes--like "spudnut" donuts. When asked, she explained that she was making sweet rolls, not donuts. "These make the best sweet rolls!"
For many years, I've made sweet rolls with bread mixes. But she was right, donut mixes are better.
So you can do either--make your rolls with a bread mix or a donut mix. Using a donut mix makes them sweeter and lighter–better than the bakery. |
