Fiberstar sells Citri-Fi® which is an upcycled natural citrus fiber. At low usage levels (<1%), Citri-Fi® provides high water holding and emulsification properties to a variety of foods including, powders, beverages, supplements, nutritional bars, baked goods, meat substitutes and dairy alternatives. Citri-Fi® is non-GMO project certified, gluten-free and non-allergenic. Multiple particle sizes are available. Labeling options include citrus fiber, dried citrus pulp or citrus flour which resonate well in the clean label markets.
