Maj Gen Mark W. Mitchum is the Commander, Integrated Capabilities Command (P), the Pentagon, Arlington, Virginia. He leads the activated ICC in provisional status to both execute the ICC mission – To accelerate USAF capability development keeping Airmen competitive over time -- and build the permanent ICC, which will be activated as one of the USAF’s four new Institutional Commands. Prior to his current position, Maj Gen Mitchum was the Deputy Director of Programs, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Plans and Programs, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.
