  In a 65-32 vote, the Senate passed a mammoth $1.3 trillion spending bill early Friday after the bill had been held up by multiple Republican senators. While the bill passed with bipartisan support, the 2,232-page proposal garnered fierce objections from conservative and liberal factions alike. Overall, the new agreement will fund domestic and military programs through Sept. 30, the end of this fiscal year. The measure now heads to President Trump's desk.
