A senior Canberra Hospital doctor has accused colleagues of "disrespect" and having a "20th century" attitude for resigning over pay and policy changes. Lanie Tindale reports on the continuing blow-up over six orthopaedic surgeons and two anaesthetists resigning from Canberra's public health system.
