| Dearest friend, We at Zaka Tel Aviv have had a tough few weeks, with a severe uptick in terrorist attacks across Israel. Yesterday morning we received a call after a terrorist rammed his vehicle into a 20-year-old female, dragging her on the hood and critically injuring her, in Kochav Ya'akov in Binyamin. This attack comes as our colleagues at the IDF are not optimistic about the violence and fear further escalation. The past year has seen a marked increase in terrorism, with 281 serious terror attacks against Israeli civilians. Our emergency response teams at Zaka Tel Aviv are currently on alert "Level 3" (highest level of readiness), ready to respond to these incidents throughout the country. In light of yesterday's attack, we are erecting additional command centers dedicated to mobilizing all available resources.
