A partner from Ngwenya & Zwane Attorneys says he is “not privy” to the CR17 fund leaks which contain details of three payments totalling R1.5 million.

"Much of the language used is vague and opens the opportunity for abuse...It seems to be like many of the anti-poor policies and by-laws," said the SJC.

An investigation has been launched into the circumstances leading to the attack, which happened during a change of lessons.
