CBS Chairman, CEO and President Leslie Moonves has resigned, after The New Yorker reported six additional women had alleged sexual assault and harassment. CBS says it is withholding Moonves' severance package pending an investigation and is donating $20 million to organizations that support workplace equality and the #MeToo movement.

The US came in 16th out of 43 countries in terms of retirement quality, according to a ranking by Natixis Investment Managers. All the countries in the top 10 were characterized by little income inequality, readily available health care and robust social programs, said Ed Farrington, Natixis' executive vice president of retirement strategies.
Some Americans are leaving their jobs in search of better-paying ones, with the Labor Department reporting 3.4 million people left their positions in June. That is the highest tally since 2001.
