Workshops in Baden-Pfalz Volunteers from Baden-Pfalz are making the most of the time spared by the pandemic to suggest online workshops in order to improve the Chapter's organisation. The first workshop took place beginning of February and the aim was to grasp each one of them's motivation as volunteers of Surfrider. The main subjects of the workshop were thus linked to the different expectations and wishes of each volunteer. The second workshop will be the opportunity to implement all these new ideas in order to define the Chapter's identity. |
