For the second year in a row, Cynopsis is recognizing outstanding short form content and storytelling across all platforms next Wednesday, March 6th in New York City.

Aside from our remarkable group of finalists, we’ll also spotlight Luminary Award Honorees for Innovation and Engagement in short form video.

AT&T elevated its ongoing DIB campaign this February with Black Future Month, which highlighted 28 inspiring black creators who are making history now and shaping a new future. Queen Latifah, Keke Palmer, Terrence J, Zendaya, Van Jones - and everyday creators who vied for the 28th spot - were among influencers around whom short form content was created and shared across social platforms.

A social media powerhouse reaching more than 80 percent of US adults in their 20s, Group Nine brands The Dodo, NowThis, Seeker and Thrillist collectively receive 5 billion monthly video views and 140 million social engagements each month with short form content spanning animals; news; science; and food, drink and travel. 

The award will be accepted by Adam Shlachter, the Chief Client Officer at Group Nine Media.
