Each week, you’ll receive training and nutrition tips personally created by coach Erin that focus on free weights, functional and compound movements, and short, intense training sessions.
Here’s the breakdown:
MONTH 1: FOUNDATION
Here, you are introduced to the idea of eating a clean diet. You’ll start to cut out processed foods and refined sugars, and you’ll replace them with whole, healthy options. This nutrition plan is accompanied by precise workouts that work on the fundamentals: basic lifts, proper form and technique.
MONTH 2: STRONG
Your workouts this month focus on building that "superhero" physique, shaping, lifting and toning every part of your body with both compound and isolation movements. You’ll increase your protein intake to build lean muscle, and you’ll add in some extra carbs to support tougher workouts.
MONTH 3: SHRED
It’s time to reveal that beautiful body you’ve worked so hard creating! This last month focuses on dialing in your workouts to burn fat and reveal your past 60 days worth of work underneath. You’ll use carb cycling while maintaining your high-protein intake to support your muscle and boost your metabolism.
