Shaquille O'Neal's Big Chicken coming to Lafayette

Good morning and welcome back to another edition of Acadiana Business Today. If this is the last time we'll meet before Christmas, well, Merry Christmas. 

Big Chicken, the quick serve restaurant founded by Shaquille O'Neal, has an agreement with a southwest Louisiana-based franchisee to open locations in Lake Charles and later in the Lafayette area.

No locations or timetables were announced.

Yep, more chicken, as we await the arrivals of Super Chix and Southern Classic Chicken in 2024.
