The Federal Reserve cannot suspend its monetary policy campaign once its interest rate reaches 4.5% to 4.75% if inflation is still gathering momentum, Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis President Neel Kashkari says. "Core services inflation -- which is the stickiest of all -- keeps climbing, and we keep getting surprised on the upside," Kashkari says.
