RetailMeNot is and always will be a brand committed to diversity and inclusivity. We reject racism in any form. We are proud of the culture we've built. We welcome all people and viewpoints, and bringing in diverse perspectives is embedded in our hiring practices.

But we still have more to learn. Tuesday was a start. We paused our emails, our promotions and our work to reflect on America’s history of systemic racism. We are very much aware of the work that needs to be done. We will be better because Black Lives Matter.

As we continue to shape the direction of the company, we will use our voices and permeate our commitment to diversity and inclusion from the inside out.

This email is a small start to an effort that is coming together in real-time. But it’s something we know is necessary.

We honor the Black community and commit to being part of the change we want to see in the world. That's why we are foregoing profits from these pages to ensure all proceeds go back to Black businesses and the community.

Because shopping and saving you money is what we do best, it makes sense to start with what we know. We encourage you to shop these Black-owned and led businesses and follow them on social media.

We have also created a resource page that features Black-owned businesses and charities you can donate to.
