Should Baton Rouge crack down on underage drinking?

BY MATTHEW ALBRIGHT | Staff writer

Baton Rouge could soon crack down on underage drinking. The story of LSU student Madison Brooks, who deputies say was raped, then hit by a car and killed after a night out in Tigerland, has spurred outrage on and beyond the campus community.

But not everyone agrees on what to do about it.

But the hemp industry is fighting in court to stop efforts to reverse the growth. And a judge recently ordered the state to stop state officials from taking products of the shelf.

Here's what's going on.
