The HR Leader
Giving feedback can be difficult, especially if a colleague doesn't trust you, because it almost always implies something is wrong, Shari Harley of Candid Culture writes. I need your help!

We are finalizing our editorial schedules for 2024 and, in that effort, we are planning the specialized content that we will deliver next year, including white papers and webinars. What I need from you is feedback. Below are three questions, with examples for each. Answering these questions will help us make sure we're developing content that serves you.
  1. What do you want to know more about? (ie) AI and employment law
  2. What issues and trends are affecting your workplace? (ie) Hybrid work -- what best practices are out there?
  3. What are your headaches and pain points? (ie) Constant employee turnover. What does it take to keep workers committed?
Can you help me out? The more detail I get the better, but honestly, short answers are powerful too. What matters is that I hear from as many of you as possible. Drop me a line with your thoughts. Thanks so much!
