Please share your thoughts in this brief survey. | What is your opinion on hemp-derived intoxicating cannabinoids? Please share your thoughts in Cannabis Business Times’ brief survey.
The U.S. market for Delta-8 THC and other hemp-derived intoxicating cannabinoids has increased 1,283% in just three years, and a varying state patchwork of regulations surrounding these cannabinoids continues to develop. And often-strong opinions on where (and whether) these cannabinoids fit into the regulated U.S. hemp industry or state-legal cannabis markets vary significantly.
In addition, an amendment to the draft 2024 Farm Bill proposes redefining hemp and would effectively make the intoxicating hemp-derived cannabinoid market illegal.
CBT is doing a deeper dive to take the pulse of cannabis and hemp cultivators, retailers and other industry constituents on this important topic.
Please take CBT's brief survey to share your opinions on whether intoxicating hemp-derived cannabinoids: - should be regulated the same as products sold in state-legal cannabis markets
- pose a threat or opportunity to state-legal cannabis markets and the hemp industry
- are in your business's product lineup or not, or you are considering pursuing them in the future
... and more.
Thank you in advance for taking a minute to participate!
Sincerely,
