A Message From the Editor

According to a recent mental health survey from The American Lawyer, compensation systems are a big culprit behind the mental health crisis in the legal field. Our first story today looks into what firms might be able to do to include mental health in attorney compensation systems. Also, Aleeza Furman spoke with Dauphin county's president judge about the judicial emergency that was declared in the county over the weekend due to the departure of several leaders within the county clerk's office.
