We don't have to tell you that 2020 was tough. The UK saw a record number of redundancies - 370,000 - between August and October, and an unemployment rate that climbed to 4.9% by the end of the year (compared to 3.8% at end 2019).

 

In repsonse, the UK government annouced its plans: reskilling the workforce.
