From Alaska to Atlanta, true crime to travel, there are a multitude of genres on television. But which shows are the best of the best? The Cynopsis TV Awards honor outstanding programming across the board.

"Some of our favorite shows aren't the ones that are front and center come Emmy time," said Cynopsis Publisher Roberta Caploe. "We created more than 60 categories that recognize programs, high profile and under the radar, that entertain and enrich viewers. This is an industry we are proud to cover, and we look forward to giving shows the recognition and reward they richly deserve."
