SoLou opened in the former Grub Burger Bar space on Kaliste Saloom June 3. Executive chef and owner Peter Sclafani learned about the power of celebrations when he co-owned nearby Ruffino's on the River, where he was known for always reminding staff of one thing: make it personal.
