Siblings Caught in Flood

Yesterday, as the people of Israel are celebrating Passover, a brother and sister were driving when they suddenly found themselves in the merciless grip of a severe flood.

The torrential rain had transformed the area into a treacherous landscape. Desperately, the siblings abandoned their car, which was swiftly swept away by the raging waters. They managed to climb to higher ground, but their fate remains uncertain as their exact whereabouts are still unknown. Their one desperate call to emergency services echoes in our hearts as we strive to locate them.

Time is of the essence, and every second counts. Zaka Tel-Aviv has mobilized both a specialized diver unit to search the unforgiving depths and a Jeep ground unit to navigate the vast, treacherous terrain where the siblings might be. Our tireless volunteers are currently battling against the elements, racing against time to bring the siblings back to safety.
