Simplot Completes Purchase of Pinnacle Agriculture

Seven weeks after it was announced that Simplot agreed to acquire Pinnacle Agriculture, and the deal is done. Today, the company said it completed the acquisition, and Pinnacle ag retail locations would now officially be known as part of the Simplot Grower Solutions network.

Of course the market went down after the trade deal was signed, because our market has nothing to do with supply and demand anymore. It’s the (edited) sitting behind their computers manipulating prices making a fortune off of paper and most of them don’t even know what corn and soybeans look like. Then you have the crooked USDA lying about crop yields on top of it.
