Silver Airways to begin service to Florida from CAE

The regional airline will offer flights to Tampa, Fort Lauderdale and Orlando beginning Dec. 17. One-way fares will start at $49, and flights will depart twice a week.

S.C, unemployment falls to 5.1% in September

Led by a gain of 8,100 jobs in the government sector, the state’s unemployment rate dropped from a revised rate of 6.4% in August. In Richland County, unemployment fell from 6.9% in August to 4.9% in September.
