Smaller broadband providers are giving major telcos a run for their money: Vocus and Aussie Broadband gained almost 62,000 services while Telstra and TPG Telecom declined by 76,000 in total during the June quarter, according to ACCC’s latest NBN Wholesale Market Indicators Report.



Tesserent shareholders and option holders have voted to accept the schemes of arrangement that will see the company acquired by Thales Australia, a subsidiary of French technology business Thales Group. The deal will see another Australian listed IT company disappearing from the ASX.
