This weekend, Goodtaste visits one of Tanji’s favorite finds of the season: a converted hot pink shipping container serving up BBQ-Curry mashups in San Antonio! This tasty combo of smoke and spice leads to dishes like “The Brisket Smokeshow”—smoked brisket smothered in creamy coconut curry. Then, we head to The Woodlands for an amazing bourbon bar with wood-fired steaks, fresh snapper, and pork belly glazed with maple syrup and bourbon.
