Where would we be without our friends? I know I’d be a mess without the guidance of the people who know me better than I know myself. But something happens as we get older. For many of us It becomes harder to make new friends and keep the old. Today, I talked with a friendship expert about why that is and what you can do about it and a Minnesotan who leads a group that helps people make friends.

Kids' mental health, opioid crisis get boost in Walz budget

Gov. Walz's budget places a big emphasis on education and health, and the governor wants to boost kids' access to mental health care in school. He's also proposing $17 million in new funding over two years to tackle the opioid crisis.

Farm-caused pollution worsening on the Red River
