The eight-part series will take viewers across the length and breadth of the country as we visit every parliamentary region.

Readers will be able to submit questions to put directly to the people who want to represent them.

SNP no longer set for majority, new poll shows

The SNP are no longer on track for a majority at Holyrood, according to the most recent survey in a series of polls for The Scotsman.

Instead, it predicts a hung parliament in the May election for the first time. 

Meanwhile, a No vote against Scottish independence is leading for the first time in this series of polling.
