After two years on and off the market, Sofia Vergara has finally succeeded in selling her first Beverly Hills home. Sited on a busy street in the Benedict Canyon neighborhood, the lavish Mediterranean-style mansion sold for $13.7 million—much less than the $19 million Vergara initially wanted but still well over the $10.6 million she paid back in 2014.
